This role is a key player in the senior management team within the Tunisia COE (shared service center), reporting to the VP General Manager TUN
The function of this role is to provide strong management and leadership to 150 up to 400+ associates. The mix of strong leadership and technical, operational and influencing skills requires a person with a broad base of leadership and strategy experience with a focus on driving results through leaders and leaders of leaders, to maximize the center of excellence strategy of operations growth while strengthen the service excellence culture requires excellent leadership skills, growth mindset, the ability to manage expectations and to resolve difficult problems at the local and regional level as well as to deal with uncertainties.
The role requires a person with strong interpersonal skills, positive energy, strong analytical skills, problem solving skills, and ability to manage multiple business priorities at the same time to support growth in the business, in conjunction with the multicultural business' senior stakeholders.
This position will work closely with other business areas and global functions to ensure client satisfaction with targets, teams' productivity and quality improvement.
**ROLE OBJECTIVES**
+ Support business growth of COE developing strategies, ensuring an excellent service delivery, executing on the targets related to capacity and client's satisfaction.

The Director of Human Resources will report directly to the property General Manager, with a dotted-line (functional) reporting relationship to the Regional Senior Director of Human Resources and will be an integral member of the property executive committee. As a member of the Human Resources organization, he/she contributes a high level of human resource generalist knowledge and expertise for a designated property. He/she will be accountable for talent acquisition, succession/workforce planning, performance management and development for property employees, using technology efficiently, and coaching/developing others to help influence and execute business objectives in the most efficient manner. He/she generally works with considerable independence, developing processes to accomplish objectives in alignment with broader business objectives. Additionally, he/she utilizes a Human Resource Business Plan aligned with property and brand strategies to deliver HR services that enable business success.

**Education and Experience**
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major; 4 years experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area.

**Managing the Human Resources Strategy**
- Executes and follows-up on engagement survey related activities.
- Champions and builds the talent management ranks in support of property and region diversity strategy.

- Implements and sustains Human Resources initiatives at the property.
- Coordinates the human capital review process at property(s) and leads succession planning activities on property and in the market, as appropriate.

- Monitors effective use of myHR by property managers and employees.

**Job Description**
Manager la santé, sécurité et environnement du périmètre sous sa responsabilité
Déployer la politique, les objectifs et les référentiels SSE Safran
Conseiller et supporter la direction UO/site dans le domaine de la SSE

Piloter le système de management de la santé, sécurité et environnement et déployer le manuel SSE du groupe SAFRAN
Piloter le processus SSE et assurer le suivi de la performance
Conseiller et supporter la direction UO/site dans le déploiement de la politique SSE et l'atteinte des objectifs
Assister la direction UO/site dans l'identification et respect des exigences réglementaires et autres exigences applicables
Piloter le déploiement des référentiels SSE Safran et la démarche d'amélioration de la maturité SSE
Diriger les missions SSE et manager l'équipe sous sa responsabilité
Participer au développement des compétences de son équipe
Réaliser l'évaluation des performances de son équipe
Adapter les ajustements stratégiques et supporter les équipes pour la réalisation des objectifs
Piloter la mise en œuvre des outils, méthodologies et procédures SSE
Valider le plan annuel de formation SSE
Participer à la mise à jour de la documentation relative au Système de Management SSE
Assurer le reporting SSE Groupe et société
Piloter l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre du Plan Opérationnel de Progrès SSE (POP'SSE)
Assister les opérationnels pour la préparation des Plans Opérationnels de Progrès SSE (POP'SSE) locaux
Représenter la direction lors des visites des autorités locales
Participer à l'organisation des évènements SSE
